Unresolved custom filters

My custom filters do not resolve and no idea why?

Since pictures are worth 1000 words.

If the problem is still relevant...I solved this problem after a complete wipe and reinstalling of project folder, as well as moving the virtual environment DIR (venv) and program settings DIR (.idea) to the same root level with manage.py file
