what does all the files in my remote host window turning green mean?
this is not just some weird visual thing, it is only for this one project and this particular remote host.

That means they are mapped to local directory and are not excluded. So if you do not want it to be mapped or would like to exclude these directories, please go to
Tools | Deployment | Configuration.Please let me know if you have any questions.
