Error Occurs When I Add Remote Interpreter

The remote server is running on Windows 8.1 and the Freesshd has been started.
When I tried to add remote, error occurred as follows:
In fact, the Interpreter path of the remote server is correct.
So I don't know how to handle with this case. If there is anyone who met this problem before and has solved, would you like to share us with your solution.

Is it a network drive?
PyCharm currently supports the following ways to configure interpreter https://www.jetbrains.com/help/pycharm/configuring-python-interpreter.html, but using the one on the network drive is not one of them.
If not, please clarify how you are trying to add it and upload your idea.log (Help | Compress Logs and Show in...) after reproducing the problem to https://uploads.services.jetbrains.com/ and let me know the name of that zip file.
