Pycharm install problems due to proxy

I'm sorry for the naive question, but in my pycharm i tried to install a package, and i can't because of my proxy, i get the following error:
pip._vendor.urllib3.exceptions.LocationParseError: Failed to parse: proxy
So i set a proxy into pycharm and then tried to install the package but i still get the same error:
pip._vendor.urllib3.exceptions.LocationParseError: Failed to parse: proxy

Where did you try to set your proxy settings in PyCharm?
Have you tried to put in Options field? (see https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115000105810/comments/115000146744)

Do you successfully use this proxy in Settings/Preferences | Appearance & Behavior | System Settings | HTTP Proxy?
Could you please upload your renamed logs folder zipped (Help | Compress Logs and Show in...) after reproducing with a screenshot showing the problem to https://uploads.services.jetbrains.com/ and let me know the name of that zip file?
