Reactive prompt before restarting launch configuration

When you click to run a launch configuration that is already running, and NOT enabled for parallel run, you get a prompt asking you if you would like to restart the process, as referenced here:

If you click the checkbox to Do not ask again , it won't ask you again.

How do I get this turned back on so it asks again?
