Problems Downloading Database Driver for Postgres cliquing the Download link

I tried to install the Postgres jdbc Driver when creating a connection but nothing happens. Might be a problem with the Proxy ... What should I do?

Hi Thank for the hint. I tried to use the standard settings of the system .... That does not work. Setting it explicitly does the trick!
