weird code in 'find in path' bar

*I am using Intellij IDEA 2018.2.4 (Ultmimate Edition) on a macbook.*
For a while now when I use `cmd shift f` I keep getting this weird bug. If I have text selected then it briefly shows in the search bar, and even the search results appear. But then after 1-2 seconds (instantly if I have nothing selected) the text in the search bar is replaced with a weird code. The code is always the same:
055C DF21 AE46 22FA E0DA 23BA 4B24 7BB2 0314 18D3
The search function works fine otherwise and if I just replace the code with my search text it works, but it is quite annoying. Can't find anything online about this so any help is appreciated.

Could you please create a support ticket and attach there idea.log (Help | Show Log in Explorer) and content of Help | About?

@serge Baranov switching on and off the mac shortcut fixed the problem like the thread said. Thanks a lot :)
