IntelliJ IDEA CE 2018.3.6 won't open after installing/uninstalling/reinstalling on Mac

I installed IntelliJ IDEA CE using brew, it worked and I set up settings, then I restarted my computer and it would no longer start. I uninstalled/reinstalled and it still won't open at all.

Try running from the Terminal, what errors do you see?
/Applications/IntelliJ\ IDEA.app/Contents/MacOS/idea (adjust the path according to your install location).
