Intellij takes one to two minutes to start

Hallo,
befor little monnths I have installed Intellij IDEA Community Edition 2018.3.4 and it had worked perfect,
but at the last time when I want to start the program it takes up to tow minutes to show the the loading bar (I mean the logo picture, that appears in the start),after that it runs normally.
My laptop model is lenovo thinkpad L580 core i7 8.Generation, 16GB ram and ssd-drive 500GB.
when some one can help, I'll be very thankfull.
