Install IntelliJ entirely in a custom folder

I use IntelliJ IDEA inside an institution (a governamental institution for treating multiple types of mental conditions, and I'm in a sector for, according to Google Translate, "gitfted" people. I'm the only coder) but they have DeepFreeze installed in all computers, so all configurations I make are lost after rebooting the system.

I tried downloading the zip file and unzipping inside the "Documents" folder, but apparently the configurations are kept in another place, because when I turned the computer on in another day it started prompting me if I wanted to load configurations from another installation and the plugins I wanted to keep.

So, how can I make a "portable" installation of IntelliJ IDEA 2019.1?
