Pycharm console [ ]

Hi everyone,

I just updated to Pycharm 2019.1.1. Everything works fine but I can't enter symbols in combination with the "alt gr" key on a german keyboard, e.g. "[" or "]". It's for the whole program no matter if it's in the editor, console etc. Outside the program the keys work. Any suggestions how to fix this?
