Tomcat can not be used with custom -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.password.file

Previously it was possible to start tomcat with custom -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.password.file
Now it is overwritten by some internal value. It breaks whole app and makes impossible to work in idea.
When will it be fixed?!
