Evaluate Expression icon disappeared in debugger

I installed recently PyCharm 2019.1.1 Community Edition. I was able to see evaluate calculator in debugger in previous version, but now I could not find that. 

Is there any one can help me with that.

Thank you @Sergey for your response.

No I do not have that. But when I push "option+F8" keys then it appears, but the icon is not there. How can I set the icon in the debugger menu bar?

There is no separate setting for that, it should be always in place. Try starting PyCharm with default settings by renaming/removing configuration and plugins folders https://www.jetbrains.com/help/pycharm/directories-used-by-the-ide-to-store-settings-caches-plugins-and-logs.html
