Keymoard stop responding each time I select another windows

PyCharm has started to show this awful bug. Each time I switch the focus on any another window in the OS, the keyboard stops responding. It happens everytime.

PyCharm 2019.1.1

Mac 10.4.4

I uploaded a screen registration named "Registrazione schermo 2019-05-03 alle 17.19.15.mov"

Traces of this problems comes from 2010. I'm genuinely speechless.
