Can I reformat code without cleanup?

I'm using Rider for somedays,evrything is ok but when I using "Ctrl + K,D" shortcut to reformat,there is a cleanup action were doing at the same time.I search a lot for a setting to disable it,but no result.Is there any way to disable it?

Thank you,I have changed this setting in Rider,but it didn't worked.
