Newest version of Intellijx64 very easy to crash when installed in HyperV Win10x64

I have configured a win 10x64 VM in HyperV, but seemly IT IS SUPER HARD for the Newest Version of Intellij to start normally -- crash when initialling is super normal. I have assigned the VM with 8 cores and 8gb RAM, with vmoptionx64 modified with extremly large ram settings, but seemly not working at all. I have also made Intellij exist in exclusion list of Windows Defender, but it made no difference at all.

Aside of that, I also noticed pyCharm, Intellij and Web Storm were out of the same problem, no matter installed in VM or Host Machine.
