Good, I do not know what has happened, if it was for an update and to see something touched, but from one moment to another, with the JSP files I get an error with the language, that is, when I open a <%%>, from the same%> starts to give me error and does not detect anything from html or java ...

What error is reported when you hover over closing %> tag? Does application work correctly?
Check may be there is some illegal character. Try also File | Invalidate Caches/Restart.. | Invalidate and Restart.
If issue remains please attach IDE log folder zipped and a sample file. For uploading you can use ftp://ftp.intellij.net/.uploads / https://uploads.services.jetbrains.com or any file sharing service.

Try starting IDE with default settings (rename/remove settings folders https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/206544519 ).
