Display datetime (weekday.datetime)

Hi.
I will be very grateful if someone will tell me what I need to change to the time displayed as follows. In our case, the hours from the beginning of the week are summed up.

Could you specify database engine you use and provide original table DDL?

I cannot provide the original ddl, it is a replica.
It's ok in dbforge.
datagrip, string "time" works differently.
