@ (Option+q) symbol is not shown on editor

OS is MacOs Mojave and intellij idea version is 2019.1.3. There were 2018.3.5 was downloaded before. @ symbol (keyboard combination is Option+q) is not shown in any editor (java, js, vue etc) when keyboard combinations are pressed on both Intellij version.

Keyboard layout is: Turkish Q

Keymap in Intellij Idea is: Mac OS X 10.5+

Please, check if it's possible to type this character in some other text field (not editor), e.g. in "New File" dialog?

Also, is `Opt-Q` shortcut working correctly in other system applications?

If you copy-paste '@' character to editor, is it displayed?

I can type that symbol in settings screen and when I copy paste it to the editor, it is displayed.
