Previous Copyright still in effect for new classes

i updated my Copyright text. However, new classes are created with the old Copyright text. I cannot find where the old Copyright text is referenced.
Update Copyright... has no effect either.

Please check that the default project copyright is set to the correct profile that was updated: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/2019.1/copyright-settings.html .
Yes, it is set correctly.
When I updated, I updated over the previous Copyright. So, default Copyright name stays the same.
