Pycharm Project SDK Not Defined for a .config File

Hello, please see the attached image below for the poblem. Pycharm is giving me an error stating that my prject does not have a defined SDK, but I do not believe I need an SDK. My code is running without fail, and this message is more of a nuasiance than anything.
