Icons and fonts in 2019.2 much bigger than previous versions.

Hi

I just upgraded to 2019.2 and looks and icons looks much larger comparing to previous intellij versions. Font size is also much larger comparing to the screen resolution. I'm running Ubuntu 19.04 with resolution 2560x1440.
