No suitable licenses associate with account

I got a new laptop and I am trying to activate IDEA ultimate and I am getting the "No suitable licenses associate with account" error when I use my jetbrains.com account for activation.
When I start IDEA Ultimate on my old laptop, it shows that my subscription is valid till Jan 2020. I do see the Ultimate license valid till Jan 2020 at my account page at account.jetbrains.com.
BTW, when I tried to activate on my new laptop, IDEA was not running on my old laptop.
I intend to use both the laptops interchangeably for the next couple of weeks until I transition off my old laptop. That being said, I do not foresee ever using IDEA on both laptops at the same time.
How do I activate IDEA on my new laptop?

Yes, I was using the same account for activation. I have emailed the sales team and will wait for their response.
