2019.2 Borderless mode not working. Windows 10

as the title says the "new" borderless mode does not work for my intellij IDEA with the newest version 2019.2.1

Also, I have disabled all my plugins however, I am still unable to get any progress with this ;(

I hope someone could lead me to a fix
