No more license associated to my Jetbrain account

Today I opened Intellij Ultimate and it asked me for a valid license.
I am using my jetbrain account and license associated to it.
I tried reenter my credential but it told me no valid license was associated with this account, which is wrong (valid until 03/2020).
I went to the license page on my account and I have 0 licenses, and no history of my purchase.
What's going on?
I have emailed the sales team (created a request). The email I got give me a link to the request, but it 404 :/
Anyone could please help me?

The issue was resolved by the sales team. 404 error usually occurs when the support ticket was submitted from one e-mail address while the JetBrains Account you are using has a different e-mail.
