Unable to see JetBrains IDE support option on chrome right click

Hi,
I am unable to see JetBrains IDE support option on chrome right click. Previously it was visible and I was able to connect to my Intellij editor and debug the code but suddenly the option got vanished from chrome right click. LiveEdit plugin was already enabled in Intellij, still the option is not visible in chrome, please help.
Chrome version - Version 77.0.3865.90 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Intellij version - Intellij Idea Ultimate 2019.1

Do you have the JB Chrome extension installed and enabled?

Yes, it's installed and enabled. I can see it in the bookmarks bar.
I upgraded intellij to latest version. After opening, it asked me to configure jetbrains port to 63343. I changed in chrome options and then I could see the 'Inspect in IDEA' option on right click.
I have same problem

WebStorm 2020.1.1
On another computer with WebStorm 2019.3.4 it's working

Note that Chrome extension is not currently required for debugging/Live Edit. It doesn't work reliably in most recent Chrome versions (https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WEB-37230); it's disabled by default in Preferences | Build, Execution, Deployment | Debugger | Live Edit, Use JetBrains IDE Support extension for debugging and Live Edit
