(PYCHARM) The Chinese characters were garbled in the preview of a ReStructuredText file. How to fix it?

Those Chinese characters are all correct in the editor. However, they are all garbled in the preview. I nearly have tried every settings in Setting -> Editor -> File Encodings, but none of them works. What can i do to fix it ? thanks in previous!
