Debug run disconnects first time and runs second time

I have my application( Springboot app ) running in debug mode.
I click run in debug mode.
It disconnects the process.
I click run in debug mode.
It starts to run.

I just let on latest two minor updates.
It used to be that I only needed to click run in debug mode once, and then it disconnected and started the application again.

What has changed? :)
