intelliJ keeps creating copies of my files and branches

all my files ar often doubled or tripled like example: something.component.html, it creates copy of it all the time and i have to delete them everytime, it adds something.component 2.html and it hapens with .sql . .scss .ts, anything and even creates copy of my git branches
