PyCharm 2019.3 Copy/Paste Issue

Hi All!

I quite often fight with copy/paste from and to other applications using PyCharm.

If I within Pycharm's terminal, console or edit window copy a line and paste it into a regular terminal window, the data is just not there. it pastes an old buffer. The issue is bidirectional.
I have not been able to figure out a pattern for when it works, and when it does not.

Do any of you have any suggestions?
