Generate Ant Build missing in Intellij 2020.1

In the latest version of the IDE, Generate Ant Build is no longer in the Build menu.  Is there a way to added and if so how?

This feature is now available via a plug-in: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-230080 .

You need to install Ant Build Generation from the Marketplace:
