pyCharm Black Box Cursor on selecting

Hi,

There is a weird bug in pyChar, every time I select a line of code, or select just a variable by clicking 2 times on it, the indent cursor is turning into a black box cursor. 

I have checked my project Appearance settings and YES, the black box Cursor is disabled.

Also, I have checked the Registry and edited the cursor to value 1 instead of 2 and still the same issue.

Any idea?
