cells dont run new code.
Hi, I am having some strange behavior with Pycharm and Jupyter. I have uploaded a screen grab to demonstrate the issue here:
When leaving a cell and returning to it to edit variables or change data streams the cell seems to break and will not run the newly edited or added code. This is exclusively within Pycharm however, as on the browser it runs and edits correctly.

Is it reproducible with 3rd party plugins disabled?
Do you see any exceptions in the log (Help | Show Log in...)?

Created new project with new env. Interpreter Python 3.7 ⇒ from Anaconda ver. 1.7.2 all downloaded plugins disabled.
