weird characters when i run a java fx

I tried to run a simple Java FX window, but wenn the windows shows, the butten is written in a weird characters.
I have JDK 13
my laptop is on English

The issue is not IntelliJ IDEA specific, it's some problem with the fonts or locale configuration on your system.
can you give my any Suggestion?
