Pycharm is not opening after download

I download pycharm like a year and I'm using it very well..Today unfortunately I uninstalled it and I downloaded it again. It was getting downloaded but it was not opening.. I tried several times but yet it's the same result..I downloaded other text editors like atom and vs code..They got downloaded and are working well..But i'm so attached with pycharm..I will be grateful if someone helps me through this.

See if running from the command line using pycharm.bat/sh works: https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011901879-How-to-start-IDE-from-the-command-line .
If it doesn't help, submit a ticket at https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/requests/new with the logs folder zipped and any errors you see when running from the command line. Specify your OS version.
Also theck in the task manager that PyCharm is not already running, kill any instances that may be frozen.
