how to reset or maintain interpreter lists

How to maintain the

• list of node interpreters
• list of jre
• list of jdk
• list of jvm

that show up throughout all kinds of new projects' build configurations?

Although I've never created a new project of the kinds screenshotted, I find the same lists that seem to need some revision.  In particular I have this jvm "14" and another one "14(2)" and I think I was trying to reinstall and I wanted to try to use one of those preferentially, I can't possibly track it anymore now with these poorly chosen names.  My fault I'm sure but I just want to reset this or remove invalid entries..
