PyCharm lags when selecting a code completion option and when 'Showing usage' of a function

This isn't a huge deal, but my laptop has 64GB of RAM with an 8-Core Intel Core i9 so I feel like this shouldn't be happening. Is there a VM property I can edit to fix the lagging?

I've enabled the memory indicator and the amount of memory used doesn't seem to have an effect of the lagging as it will lag when less than 10% of the memory has been used.
