Can't launch intellij community edition | getting network key server error KA-120

version 2020.1. (community edition). i am just not able to go beyond this error. IJ has always been working in my laptop.

I have already gone through above link. However I am using community edition and I don't have any licence key. This problem looks unrelated to me.
This issue is not about IntelliJ IDEA licensing, your system runs a third-party service that is displaying this dialog.
