Global settings

Hello,

I have seen multiple questions on this subject, but didn't find a suitable answer. I have many (50+) IDEA projects, most of which already opened once. Is it possible to apply a particular setting (such as copyright change or code formatting) to all projects ? In other words, how can I have global settings, and yet have the ability to override settings in a particular project, should I need to, in a way similar to how git handles project settings.
