Pycharm shows plugin updated, but it doesn't

Pycharm 2020.3 Pro, Win 10 x64, python 3.8

 

the datalore and other like sass, etc prompts me to update, I press upates, it also shows "successfully updated", but it still shown as old version when I run it in the next time.

Datalore 0.1.7-202 → 0.1.12-203

I have the same issue. The IDE offers this update at every start.

Please file an issue to https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/PY and attach your logs folder zipped from Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data
