Intellij 20.3.1 throwing the error running build

Intellij is running on macOS version 10.15 (Intel 64).
Whenever i try to build the project, IntelliJ thorws the error like the following.
`Error running `Build :project-name:':
Cannot create class com.intellij.codeInspection.ex.InspectionTollRegistar.

Hi. Actually It's happening for any projects. Any one more weird thing is that i can' close Intellij even though i keep cling close button and select Quit IntelliJ Idea. So I always have to force quit it. I think it's happening from 2020.02 since 2020.01 version works normally.

Please delete "/Users/jcho/Library/Application Support/JetBrains/IntelliJIdea2020.3/plugins/IntelliJira" and restart the IDE.
