How do I enable hints when writing code?

The syntax hints worked, but then they were disabled. I don't know how to enable the tooltips to appear when you hover the cursor.

Could you please clarify the issue with the screenshot? What exactly do you mean by the hints?
I start writing code and I get a continuation. For example, I write Syst and I have options (System and so on)
Make sure Power Save mode is not enabled in the File menu and the file is located inside the Sources root (marked in blue in the Project view).
