Intellij Ultimate wont open: Invalid ReservedCodeCacheSize=5120M. Must be at most 2048M. But those settings ARE correct when I open the vmoptions

Getting this error but when I open the vmoptions file that setting is correct:

I have tried deleting the file ( as many posts mention ) and I get the exact same error.
Is there another place that holds these params?

You are deleting the wrong file. Please delete the one from the Configuration directory: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/tuning-the-ide.html#config-directory .

Thank you. That fixed it. I wasn't looking under user folder.
