Any way to view the local files stored in the Android Emulator and device?

I'm trying to view stored local files on my android emulator/plugged in device. I know in Android Studio there is a file explorer to view stored files by going to Tools Window -> Device file explorer. I don't see this option in intellij Idea, 

is this a feature thats in idea that maybe I'm not seeing?
