Postfix completion

I try to add the postfix completion for type() in the pycharm, but i dont think the IDE allow me to do that. Is this a bug ?

We currently don't allow creating custom postfix templates for Python.
There is an open feature request in our issue tracker about that https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-30217, feel free to vote for it and leave comments.
