Have a greyed out file name on my local directory view of project

I used the "refactor" feature to rename a file and then created a new file with the same name as the previously named file.

Now that new file is greyed out (google shows this means it's "deleted") so the Dependency Injection layer cannot find it.

I'm fairly new to PyCharm.  Is there a simple way to resolve this?
