IntelliJ Idea Ultimate 2021.2.1 - class diagram issue

Hi, has anyone seen an issue when creating a new class diagram, where it contains lots of packages rather than being empty? Also if  I try to delete these pre-populated packages, they simply re-appear. I might be missing a simple setting. Thanks.
