Project view: sort files by modified date

I see that this issue has been around for a while. In my opinion, it becomes even more important with the new DataSpell IDE.

Notebook development is inherently messier and less organized than coding projects. I have many folders full of notebooks, and the only way I can make any sense of them at all is to sort their contents by date modified.
