Package that i currently create doesn't want to stay as the order packages

So this title might sound weird but i don't know anything better.

So i have this problem that if i create a new packe it won't list to the other packages. (Check the pictures, to understand it)

General informations:

- i'm using the newest Version of the IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition

Normally it should create a package like this: 

But in my project it creates like this:

I also created a new package in other project of mine and there is everything fine, but why does this not work in my new project anymore, because at the start of the project everything worked fine. Also if i open the windows explorer it is the same way.

 

Can somebody help me to fix this problem

Please share a sample project to reproduce the issue: https://uploads.jetbrains.com.

What project type is that? What third-party plug-ins do you use? Packages have some special meaning/icons which is not default for IntelliJ IDEA.

The icons are just normal packages that are replaced by a plugin with their own icons if i name packages like "core".
