Rearrange with regions

I recently discovered the region functionality to group things together, but after i committed my changes i noticed that the auto re-arranger on commit completely ignored the regions. I would have expected the re-arranger to keep the methods in their region or at least not put methods into unrelated regions.

While searching the web I found not a single entry related to rearrange and regions together.

Am i missing something or is this just not a feature?
